Quick Order Form SKU # Qty Price Description Using the Quick Order Form 1. Please enter the MinutemanVac SKU for the products you wish to order. Note: The product name will appear once the SKU is entered and the quantity ordered confirmed. You must enter the SKU exactly as it appears for each product. If a product has options, e. g. size, color, etc., you must enter the SKU for that product size. 2. You may extend the size of the list by clicking on the "Add More Products" button. 3. Once your list is complete, you may use the "Add to Cart" button to continue to your checkout.
