The CRV Clean Room Vacuums are ideal for use in Class 1 through Class 100,000 cleanrooms, growing areas and air showers in all pharmaceutical labs, medical devices manufacturers, biological labs and computer rooms. The filtration system includes a dual layer disposable paper bag, a non-woven cloth filter and a standard U.L.P.A. filter, 99.999% efficient at .12 microns. The Clean Room Vacuum is available in a Stainless Steel tank, Painted tank, or RFI/EMI/Digital Switching Station Vacuum Stainless Steel model.
The Clean Room Vacuum offers many features to enhance the cleaning process. Features include a red indicator light that alerts the operator when filter needs servicing and a 50 foot power cord. Also includes complete filtration, including the carbon brush dust from the motor. The U.L.P.A. filter is also covered and protected from damage. The Clean Room Vacuum has a powerful 1.2 hp motor that supplies ample suction at a constant airflow. The motor has a sound rating of only 65 dba, which makes it one of the quietest units available.
